Returns & Refunds

Below is an outline of what to expect when wishing to returns or cancel a Home In order. For full details please refer to our terms and conditions.

What if I don't like the product when it arrives?
We're confident that you will like it, but if not, you can return any item to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any return or collection costs as set out below.

All returned goods MUST be re-packaged in the original packaging.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives or there is another problem with it?
Occasional damages sometimes occur when shipping items through carriers so please inspect your product upon delivery. If you’re not happy with the goods when you inspect them, please make the delivery driver aware and reject the goods. Please always contact us in such cases.

Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind, you can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and provide a full refund.

If your items have already been dispatched, please refuse the goods when the courier arrives.

Custom made items.
You can cancel your order of custom made products within 10 calendar days of confirmation of the order. A cost may be incurred if an order is cancelled later than this. Simply contact us and we'll refund your order.

What do we charge to collect items?
If you need to return an item because it is damaged or faulty, we will not charge you for return or collection costs.

If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel an order after delivery, you may be liable for return carriage costs. While many products are eligible for free returns, some have a charge for collection which we aim to keep as low as possible. Please contact us for a collection quote should you wish to return an unwanted item that has chargeable returns.
